From sample to noticeboard
Make it yours in three steps.
Say what you teach.
Replace “Math tutoring” with your subject. Add the student level, lesson format and where lessons take place. Keep each point short so the flyer is easy to scan.
Give people a way to reach you.
Put your name or service and a public contact address on every tear-off tab. Adjust the number of tabs; more tabs leave less room for text. A booking link or social QR code is optional.
Download, check and print.
Choose A4 or US Letter in the editor, then select “Download PDF.” Print one test sheet at 100% or actual size before making more copies.
What to write
Clear details beat a long sales pitch.

Before you post
Make every tab useful.
- Replace every sample contact. Check the invitation and the repeated tabs. Use contact information you are comfortable making public.
- Match the paper size. A4 is 210 × 297 mm; US Letter is 8.5 × 11 inches. Select the same size in the editor and printer.
- Test one copy. Check readable text, printable margins and any QR code. If printing from the browser, turn off its headers and footers.
- Cut the tabs yourself. Cut along the vertical dashed lines without cutting the horizontal attachment. A normal printer does not perforate paper.
- Check the noticeboard rules. Ask permission to post and remove outdated flyers.
Before you start
Is the template and PDF download free?
Yes. You can edit the tutoring flyer and download a PDF without an account or subscription.
Can I add a photo or a booking QR code?
Yes. A photo is optional for this template. You can add a link-based or image-based QR code in the editor. Your photos and design content are processed on your device.
Does it work for subjects other than math?
Yes. Change the title, lesson details, short points and contact text to match your subject. The example is a starting layout, not a restriction.
Will opening it replace my existing design?
No. The link selects the tutoring flyer in your existing editor. Saved text, photos and other templates remain on this device. Download a design backup before making changes you may want to undo.
Can I get a Word or Canva file?
Paperlilt exports a printable PDF and a JSON design backup for reopening in Paperlilt. It does not export editable Word or Canva files.
